I know because I've been there too.
For many years, I struggled with stress, anxiety, and PTSD. And while I have learned countless tools and practices that have dramatically improved my life, I'm still human. I still experience stress and anxiety from time to time, just like everyone else.
The difference is that today I have a toolbox of techniques that help me calm my nervous system, shift my mindset, regain perspective, and move through challenges with greater resilience and self-compassion.
This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about sharing what I've learned.
I know firsthand how overwhelming stress and anxiety can feel. I also know how empowering it is to discover practical tools that can help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of your life.
My journey led me to yoga, meditation, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, personal development, and a lifelong passion for understanding how our thoughts, habits, and daily practices shape our well-being.
What I discovered changed everything.
I learned that healing doesn't happen overnight, but small, consistent practices can create profound transformation. By learning to calm the nervous system, shift limiting thought patterns, and develop healthier habits, we can begin to experience more peace, resilience, confidence, and joy.
Today, it is my mission to help others do the same.
I am a yoga and meditation educator, author, podcast host, and personal development coach dedicated to helping people reduce stress, heal anxiety, and create lives filled with greater peace, purpose, and abundance.

Throughout my teaching career, I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, including children, older adults, individuals with disabilities, cancer patients, Alzheimer's patients, and those navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions.
Because I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, I offer both mat yoga and chair yoga options, creating a welcoming environment for people of all ages, abilities, and experience levels.
One of the things I love most about this work is that I never stop learning.
In addition to teaching and coaching, I continue to deepen my own knowledge through ongoing study and personal practice. My current studies in Transformational Sleep Yoga Nidra are helping me further explore the profound connection between rest, healing, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.
I believe the best teachers remain students, and I am committed to continually learning new tools and approaches that can help both myself and those I serve.
I don't believe healing means never experiencing stress, anxiety, or challenges again.
I believe healing means developing the awareness, tools, and resilience to navigate life's ups and downs with greater peace, self-compassion, and confidence.
I believe that our thoughts matter.
I believe that our nervous systems can learn safety again.
I believe that small daily practices create lasting transformation.
Most importantly, I believe that no matter what you've experienced, you have the ability to heal, grow, and create a life filled with greater peace, purpose, and abundance.
