Hi, I’m Denise Lynn — an author, yoga and meditation educator, podcast host, and lifelong student of personal development and mindfulness.
I’m passionate about helping others calm their nervous systems, reduce stress, and reconnect with their true selves. Through my books, online yoga studio, and Thoughts Can Heal podcast, I share simple yet powerful tools that make peace, balance, and self-awareness accessible to everyone — no matter where they are on their journey.
I like to think of myself as a bit of a mindfulness geek — endlessly curious about the mind-body connection, neuroscience, and the practical ways we can use breathwork, movement, and mindset to transform our lives. Whether I’m writing, teaching, or recording, my goal is always the same: to help people feel more grounded, joyful, and empowered to live with intention.
When I’m not creating, you can find me spending time with my family (and my Great Pyrenees, Drake), soaking up sunshine, or enjoying a good laugh — because mindfulness doesn’t have to be so serious.
